Galahad Sanding Discs

Galahad® Kutzall Tungsten Carbide Abrasive Sanding Discs feature patented structured carbide teeth that are bonded to their whole cutting surface. These round profile 4" diameter wheels have a 5/8" arbor hole to fit most 4-1/2" American made angle grinders. They are perfect for shaping wood, plastic, soapstone or composite materials with little or no effort. Difficult materials such as fiberglass, solid rubber, polyurethane, silicone and foam can also be shaped. The Galahad® wheels are perfect for final shaping and removal of high spots and ridges left after using the Lancelot/Squire chainsaw discs on the next page. We offer the Galahad wheels in 4 different grits.

The Silver colored Fine and Medium Galahad wheels are used after the coarser wheels for final shaping before sanding. The teeth on these wheels are closer together leaving a smoother surface. The Coarse 90-grit Teal Galahad Wheel and the Extremely Coarse 70-grit Blue Wheel are used by themselves for rough shaping or for smoothing ridges left from the Lancelot or Squire offered on the next page. The teeth are further apart to prevent clogging and for easier cleaning. Galahad® / Kutzall Extreme carbide discs have patented, extremely sharp, long wearing conical teeth.
