If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from Packard Woodworks, you may return the merchandise postage paid in new condition, in the original packaging (if possible) within 30 days of receipt and we will gladly replace it or refund the purchase price of that item. DVDs can be return only for replacement if defective. Returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% where applicable. Exchanges may be subject to shipping and handling charges. Please pack the item carefully and include your full name, original packing slip or a copy and your instructions as to what you want us to do. No returns will be accepted after 90 days.

While we try to have all items in stock at all time, sometimes we need to put an item on back order. If using a credit card the item will not be charged until it is shipped. Back ordered items will be shipped to you within 24 hours after we receive the item from our supplier.
We reserve the right to change prices if necessary (due to supplier price increases), but will inform you of any price increase larger than 10%, prior to filling your order. We are not responsible for inadvertent typographical errors in prices or descriptions on this website.
