Do I need to set up an account with you?
You are welcome to check out as a guest if you do not wish to set up an account with us. However, if you wish to have access to your order history, wishlists, or redeem a gift certificate, you will need to set up an account with us.
How do I change and check my account details?
Simply click or tap on "My Account" in the upper right (you may need to login first if you have not). From the account page, you can access options to edit your account information on the lefthand side of the page.
I've forgotten my password
In a world where we have to remember so many different passwords, it happens to all of us! If you've forgotten your password you can easily reset it by clicking on Login in the top right and then clicking on "Forgot Password". It will ask you for the email address you used to set up your account, and once entered, you should receive an email with instructions on how to complete the password reset process. If at any time you get stuck, feel free to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
I want to return my purchase! What do I do?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from Packard Woodworks, you may return the merchandise postage paid in new condition, in the original packaging (if possible) within 30 days of receipt and we will gladly replace it or refund the purchase price of that item. DVDs can be return only for replacement if defective. Returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% where applicable. Exchanges may be subject to shipping and handling charges. Please pack the item carefully and include your full name, original packing slip or a copy and your instructions as to what you want us to do. No returns will be accepted after 90 days.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover as well as Paypal.
What are cookies? Do I need to enable cookies on my browser?
Enabling cookies while browsing and shopping on our website will give you a much better user experience, and they are also what allow you to do things like adding items to your shopping cart. You can definitely try browsing our site without cookies, but it may interfere wtih your browsing and shopping experience.
What shipping carrier will you use to send my order?
We currently use both USPS and UPS to deliver our packages and some larger items such as lathes or bandsaws are drop shipped directly from the manufacturer. See product listings for any specific shipping restrictions.
Does standard shipping have any limitations?
Yes. Items such as drop-ship or heavy items that have an extra handling or shipping charge do not qualify for standard shipping.
How soon will my order be shipped?
If all the items in your order are currently in stock, we strive to ship within 1-2 business days. While we try to have all items in stock at all time, sometimes we need to put an item on back order. This has become more common as we have dealt with supply and shipping delays due to the pandemic. If using a credit card the item will not be charged until it is shipped. Back ordered items will be shipped to you within 24 hours after we receive the item from our supplier.
