Mercury's MH16A is an ozone friendly accelerator used for curing cyanoacrylates. This accelerator is primarily designed for fast cure of thick deposits or for post curing outside the bond line. It prevents absorption of the lower viscosity superglues into porous items as well as helping to bridge gaps which decrease polymerization time.

Comes in a 12 oz aerosol spray can.

    PROPERTIES
MH16is an ozone friendly blend of flammable solvents.
Care must be taken to avoid naked flames.

    CURED PERFORMANCE
Performance is dependent on the adhesive viscosity. Low
viscosity being faster to set and higher viscosity <10 seconds,
gels dependent on techniques <30 seconds.

    STORAGE
Store in a cool dry area out of direct sunlight. Shelf life: 24

    USEFUL HINTS/NOTES
Mercury MH16A can be used to speed cure by brushing or
spraying onto the surface, applying drop wise, the
superglue and then over spraying to cure fillets such as on
wire tacking jobs. It is best to use the provided applicatior
and to test on non-essential portion of surface to ensure
    compatibility first.

    INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Ensure parts are clean, dry and free from oil and grease.

    PROCEDURE FOR APPLICATION
Product is normally hand applied by brush, wipe, or
sprayed by pump to allow "mist" to form on bond surface.
