If you are making your own tips for the Burnmaster Pen, it is best to use these precision made copper contact rods that are used on Burnmaster® brand tips. They offer superior electrical conductivity and a solid grip on the tip.

Approximate overall length: 1-5/16" (33mm). The ends are pre-drilled to accept 18 through 22 gauge tip wire (not included, sold separately). Rods must be crimped to tip wire (i.e. tighten in jaws of a vise or use crimping tool) for proper electrical contact. Sold in pairs.
