Robust 3-1/4" Vacuum Chuck - Great for small projects.
The Robust 3-1/4" Vacuum Chuck is machined from solid 6061 Aluminum. The flexible polymer seal has multiple sealing ridges to give a positive hold on the project. The chuck is threaded for 1-1/4" x 8 TPI lathe spindles only and comes with a Tommy bar for removal. With a vacuum of 20-25" of mercury, this chuck should provide approximately 65-85lbs of holding force. This size is great for little boxes and bowls, small hollow forms, and spheres.
