Robust 4-1/2" Vacuum Chuck
The Robust 4-1/2″ Vacuum Chuck is machined from solid 6061 Aluminum. The flexible polymer seal has multiple sealing ridges to give a positive hold on the project. The chuck is threaded for 1-1/4″ x 8 TPI lathe spindles only and comes with a Tommy-bar for removal. This is the mid size Robust Vacuum Chuck, and is the best choice if getting only one size. With a vacuum of 20-25″ of mercury, this chuck should provide approximately 135-170 lbs. of holding force.
