Robust 6" Vacuum Chuck
The Robust 6″ Vacuum Chuck is machined from solid 6061 Aluminum. The flexible polymer seal has multiple sealing ridges to give a positive hold on the project. The chuck is threaded for 1-1/4″ x 8 TPI lathe spindles only and comes with a Tommy-bar for removal. This is the largest size Robust Vacuum Chuck. If you need a larger size chuck you can get a universal hub used for making your own large capacity vacuum chuck. With a vacuum of 20-25″ of mercury, this chuck should provide approximately 250-310 lbs. of holding force.
